Our Staff
All of The Learning Ladder staff meet Department of Human Services education requirements. The quality of a teacher is the most important to a child’s learning experience. We require background checks for all staff that are a part of our team. All staff are first aid and CPR trained. Annual education and profession development is required to meet our continuous improvement for quality. We also offer benefits that allow our staff to further their education while they are employed with us.
